SweetNketo, a cupcakery

SweetnKeto began with something simple — tortillas.

What started as homemade keto tortillas quickly turned into something much bigger. They became a customer favorite and are now shipped nationwide through our Etsy store. Seeing how much people loved them inspired me to keep creating.

That’s when I began experimenting with cupcakes.

I tested, adjusted, baked, and perfected recipes over and over until I finally created one I truly loved. My goal was never just to make something sugar-free — it was to craft a dessert that looked beautiful, tasted incredible, and truly satisfied a sweet tooth.

Working with almond flour was no small challenge. Texture and flavor matter so much to me (I’m very picky!), and finding the right balance took patience and precision. But after countless batches, I can confidently say I found the perfect ratios and combinations to create cupcakes that are sweet, decadent, and genuinely delicious.

And that’s how SweetnKeto was born.

At this time, we do not have a storefront. Opening a cozy little cupcakery is a dream we hold close to our hearts, but the timing isn’t quite right yet.
